String Lights How Do I Convert Blinking String Lights?

How do I convert blinking string lights? - string lights

I have a series of Halloween lights, which say they are not convertible in the blink of an eye, but the picture does not say how. I put in this year and now to blink. You have not before.
Does anybody know how I can just stay and do not blink?
