I have an orange overalls (a dress from India) bring occasion.Shall to Orange, or put lipstick .. Natural pink u can me a few tips for eye make-up and hair?
I have an oval face complexion wheatish size and long hair.

Orange is a lipstick NO NO!
Use eyeliner on the top lid and waterline with a lot of mascara, blush a good fishing and a color glossy act, as you do not want a shiny lip gloss crashed his orange overalls.
If I'm not mistaken, turbans, Indian women, so I think you should put up your hair (if they do not) wear a turban. For makeup, Aboriginal women are easy. Go natural ... natural beauty of leaves in general, minimal makeup, if applicable. Be occupied powder, eyeliner, blush a little pink and natural fine.
BTW, a few women in India (Hindu women) have a mole or mark on the forehead.
